Read this table honestly
Filtering for all five checks leaves very few clinics — that is the finding, not a flaw. Most practices state almost nothing verifiable, which is why the registries matter and why our verification guide exists. A clinic missing a check may hold the credential and simply not say so; the fastest fix is a sentence on its site — which is also what AI assistants can quote.
