How we make money
Directories go bad the same way: quietly, through money you cannot see. So here is ours, in public. What we sell: a labeled Featured slot and professional services to clinics that want help being visible. What we never sell: positions in comparisons, the data itself, reviews, or our conclusions. When this page changes, the change is the news.

What we never sell
- Order. Comparison tables are structured by facts, not payments — the criteria are published.
- Data. No claim on this site changes because someone paid; corrections happen through evidence, free, for anyone.
- Reviews and ratings. We publish no star ratings of our own and take no money connected to patient feedback; external ratings are shown with source and date only.
- Our conclusions. The Transparency Report and market notes say what the data says.
Disclosure rules
- Any listed clinic that is also a services client is marked as such on its directory entry.
- Featured slots always carry the label; no native or undisclosed placements exist.
- If we ever add new revenue lines — for example, partnerships around international patient facilitation — they appear on this page before they launch, with their own rules.
- Anything we cannot disclose, we do not do.
Common questions
Do clinics pay to be listed or ranked?
No. Listing is free, order is not for sale, and no clinic can pay to change what our data says about it. Featured placement — the one paid slot on city pages — is clearly labeled, sits outside the comparison table, and has no effect on the table itself. That is the whole design: money never touches the data.
You also run an agency — is that a conflict of interest?
It is a potential one, which is why it is disclosed here rather than discovered later. The same team behind this directory offers SEO and AI-visibility services to clinics. The rules that keep the two apart: agency clients get no data changes, no ordering changes, and no softer language in the directory; any listed clinic that is also an agency client is marked as such on its entry; and evaluation criteria are published so anyone can re-check our work.
Why should I trust a directory that sells anything at all?
Do not trust it — check it. Every claim on this site carries its source and check date, every number in our Transparency Report is reproducible from the public index, and clinics can request corrections any day. Independence is an incentive structure, not a promise: our revenue comes from being useful and verifiable, not from any particular clinic looking good.
