List your clinic
Listing is free, and it cannot be bought. We add a clinic when we can verify its entry against your own published materials and the public registries — the same eight criteria applied to everyone. Submit your clinic below; if you are already listed and something is out of date, corrections are made the same day.
How to submit
Email hello@hairrestorationreport.com with your clinic name, city, and website. It helps — and speeds review — if your site states the facts we evaluate:
- Who performs the surgery — This is the question the ISHRS puts first. Its position is that preoperative evaluation, surgical planning, donor harvesting, hairline design and recipient site creation should be performed by a licensed physician or physician extender. In practice clinics vary widely, and most patients never ask.
- ABHRS board certification — ABHRS certification is specific to hair restoration and verifiable in a public registry. A surgeon can be an excellent plastic surgeon or dermatologist without holding it — that is not a disqualification, but it is a fact worth knowing, and it is checkable in two minutes rather than taken on trust.
- ISHRS membership — Membership in the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery signals participation in the specialty’s standards-setting body — and the member directory is public, so the claim can be checked in one click rather than read off a logo.
- Who evaluates your hair loss — Hair loss has causes that require diagnosis — androgenetic alopecia, telogen effluvium, scarring alopecias and systemic conditions present differently and respond differently. The ISHRS warns that non-physician evaluation risks misdiagnosis, failure to identify hair disorders or underlying disease, and unnecessary procedures. A consultation that is really a sales appointment is a different thing from a medical evaluation.
- Price transparency — Whether the clinic publishes per-graft rates or total ranges anywhere. Published figures are rare, correlate with consistent pricing, and are the only way a patient can calibrate a quote before a sales conversation.
- Malpractice coverage of the full team — The fourth of the four ISHRS patient questions. If part of the procedure is performed by someone not covered, the patient carries a risk they were never told about.
- Verifiable results — Before-and-after photographs should depict the clinic’s own patients, treated by the surgeon who would treat you. The ISHRS lists fraudulent photography among the markers of black-market operations.
We list what your materials state. If your surgeon holds ABHRS certification but the site never mentions it, the entry will read “not stated” — the fastest fix is a sentence on your site, which is also exactly what AI assistants can quote.
Corrections
Wrong or outdated information about your clinic gets corrected the same day, any day of the week. Write to hello@hairrestorationreport.com with a link to the page that states the correct fact.
Featured placement
One labelled Featured slot exists per city page. It is always marked as such, and it does not change your comparison row, your evaluation, or anyone's eligibility to be listed — the table stays honest or the whole site is worthless. Ask about availability and pricing for your city: hello@hairrestorationreport.com.
The verified-listing badge
Listed clinics may display our “Verified listing” badge linking to their city comparison. The badge asserts one thing only: that the entry was verified against your materials and the public registries on the date shown. Request the embed code by email.
After you claim: a free visibility audit
Clinics that claim their listing can request a free one-page visibility report: how your clinic currently appears in Google for your city's commercial searches, how you appear in AI-search answers (ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Overviews), and the specific gaps competitors are filling. No obligation attached. Email hello@hairrestorationreport.com with the subject “Free visibility audit”.
Full disclosure: the team behind this directory also offers paid SEO and AI-visibility services. Taking the audit — or becoming a client — changes nothing in the directory: not your data, not your row, not the order. Clinics that are services clients are marked as such on their entries. The complete policy: how we make money.
